Why should I choose Beare and Co. Fitness instead of the millions of other fitness programs out there?

Expertise

I have been a personal trainer since 2009. I have trained hundreds of clients, from professional athletes to corporate professionals, and everyone in between.

Being a gym owner has given me the opportunity to personally interact with all of our members and help them reach their goals.

 

Whether it's training a client 1:1 at the gym, leading a boot camp class or preparing fitness videos - I have your safety and well being in mind at all times.  

Education

 

I attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City Iowa on a baseball scholarship.

 

After earning my bachelor of science in Kinesiology, I returned home to Ontario and pursued a certification from Poliquin Fitness and I am now a Level II Performance Specialist.

Learning is a lifelong process, and I am constantly updating and furthering my credentials so that I can serve my clients on the highest level.
